this is Clay Slab Club
Clay Slab Club is for anyone who wants to make beautiful, modern ceramics without a pottery wheel or years and years of practice.
We make complete handbuilding projects. You print the template at home. We walk you through the rest: building, glazing ideas, and everything in between.
New to clay? Start with the Studio Starter Sessions: three projects that build on each other, a complete beginner course, and a full tools and materials list. Works with air-dry clay too, so no kiln required.
Already got the basics down? Grab a single template from our shop and build your collection one piece at a time. No subscription, no strings attached.
Want a steady supply? Join the No-Drama Club: A new complete project every month, every course we’ve made, and the Studio Starter Sessions included.

Hi, we’re Rosalia and Femke, your new pottery besties.
We’ve known each other for ages, and now we’re starting a clay club together. Felt like the logical next step.
‘I grew up making stuff. Pottery with my mom, websites in my bedroom, logos for anyone who’d let me. Clay Slab Club is for everyone who wants to make ceramics that look so damn good, minus the years of practice.’
About Rosalia
Rosalia does the design. Many of the projects in the club started in her head.
She grew up in a small town in the Córdoba countryside, where her mom taught her to throw on the wheel. The clay stuck. (She’s also the one who talked Femke out of the wheel. Make of that what you will.)
These days she lives in Berlin and works as a freelance communications designer. She codes websites too. If it involves making something look good, Rosalia will figure it out.
Her real skill: turning a very particular eye for design into slab templates that actually work. She’s the reason our projects come together on the first try.
Rosalia and Femke have been a branding team for years. Clay Slab Club is what happened when they finally let the clay win.
MY FAVORITE TOOL:
I swear by the angle tool. Perfectly beveled edges are the secret to seamless joins, and I refuse to leave that to chance.
MY FAVORITE TUNE:
DTMF by Bad Bunny at full volume. That’s my handbuilding soundtrack of the hour. He’s unapologetically himself and challenges everything. I love that kind of energy in the studio!*
MY FAVORITE PROJECT:
THE COLD CUP!
It’s really my go-to. I carry that thing around all the time. It’s just my style. Plus: the planet deserves better than a plastic cup!

About Femke
Femke is a brand strategist and PR pro who got into clay and never really got out.
She’s mostly self-taught. Rosalia lives in Berlin and, inconveniently, has a life of her own. Femke lives in Lower Saxony. So it was mostly Femke, YouTube University (class of whenever), and a lot of trial and error. Which means she’s already made every mistake in the book, so you don’t have to.
She tests every project, teaches every course, and somehow keeps the whole thing running. Usually with clay somewhere it shouldn’t be. If she can do this, so can you.
MY FAVORITE TOOL:
My rubber rib is always within reach. It’s what gives my pieces that silky-smooth surface and those crisp, clean edges I’m completely obsessed with.
MY STUDIO ESSENTIAL:
Working with clay is a full sensory experience, and it can be rough on your skin. Gitti’s hand mask soaks in instantly and fixes that. Total game changer.*
MY FAVORITE PROJECT:
THE OFFICE MUG!
It’s ridiculously cute and big enough for a proper coffee. The best part? You can decorate it any way you like. Mine’s got little hearts, and it makes me smile every morning.
