 As soon as your payment goes through, you'll get an email with your download link — usually within seconds. If it doesn't show up, please check your spam folder first (it happens to the best of us). Still nothing? Drop us a line and we'll sort it out straight away.

 Since your purchase is delivered digitally, we're not able to offer refunds once you've hit that buy button. But if something is genuinely broken or not working, we will always make it right with a new link. Just reach out.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email from us.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll figure it out together.

Changed your mind? No hard feelings. You have 14 days from delivery to return any physical item — as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels and tags still attached. Return shipping costs are on you. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
